Refund policy

At Vibhaya, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery. Returns or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the delivery date as confirmed by our logistics partner.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

        The product must be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it.

        All original packaging, tags, authenticity card, and accessories must be intact and included.

        An unboxing video is mandatory. Please record a video while opening your package. Without this, we will be unable to process claims for damaged, defective, or missing items.

        The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery via email at care@vibhaya.com or through our website’s Returns Portal.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

        Personalised or engraved jewellery (unless defective or damaged in transit)

        Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale”

        Gift cards and gift vouchers

        Items returned without original packaging, tags, or authenticity card

        Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery

4. Return Process

1.     Initiate your return request by emailing care@vibhaya.com with your order number, reason for return, product photos, and your unboxing video.

2.     Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and confirm eligibility.

3.     Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend using a trackable courier service).

4.     Pack the jewellery securely in its original packaging with the authenticity card and invoice enclosed.

5.     Once we receive and inspect the returned product at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 3–5 business days.

6. Refund Policy

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange or store credit:

        Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and approve the returned product.

        Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

        If a discount code or promotional offer was used, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid (not the pre-discount MRP).

        For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when initiating the return.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

        Your order number

        Clear photographs of the issue

        Your unboxing video

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including return shipping) for verified damaged/defective items at no cost to you.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow the return process after delivery. To cancel, email care@vibhaya.com with your order number.

9. Marketplace Purchases

Products purchased from third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) are subject to the respective marketplace’s return and refund policies. Vibhaya’s direct return policy applies only to purchases made on www.vibhaya.com.
